These terms apply to the cross-border access and network acceleration subscription services provided by H5VPN. By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope
H5VPN provides optimized network connectivity through international routes, covering 120+ countries / 190+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The specific available routes, connection methods, and client access points are based on what is displayed in the user panel at the time.
Route quality may be affected by the user's location network, carrier routing, the status of the destination service, device conditions, and network congestion. H5VPN may adjust route configurations for maintenance, capacity, and security needs, but route coverage does not constitute a separate guarantee of continuous availability in any region or for any destination service.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials, subscription links, and related information in the user panel, and are responsible for activity conducted under their accounts. If credentials appear compromised, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
The subscription may be used concurrently on an unlimited number of devices, but only for normal use by the account holder. Subscription links must not be publicly posted. Accounts, route access, and subscription content must not be resold, rented, split for resale, or provided to unspecified parties as a shared service. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, configuration exposure, or account risks caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and usage context. H5VPN must not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of others' legitimate rights, network attacks, malicious scanning, malware distribution, large-scale abuse of network resources, or disruption of service infrastructure.
When accessing third-party websites or services, users must also follow the rules of those platforms. H5VPN provides network connectivity only and does not control third-party content, account policies, regional rules, or service results. H5VPN is not responsible for transactions or disputes between users and third parties.
Service Availability and Liability
H5VPN performs route maintenance, capacity adjustments, and security measures. Short-term connection changes may occur during maintenance, and routes or features with abnormal conditions may be temporarily disabled when necessary. Interruptions, delays, or access changes caused by public network failures, user device settings, third-party service changes, force majeure, or other causes beyond reasonable control do not constitute a breach of these terms by H5VPN.
Users should save important materials independently and verify their device configuration. Except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, H5VPN is not responsible for indirect losses, lost business opportunities, changes to third-party content, or issues resulting from failure to properly protect account credentials.
Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination
If an account is involved in resale, public sharing, unlawful use, malicious resource consumption, attacks on service systems, or another serious violation of these terms, H5VPN may restrict relevant features, suspend route access, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. In cases involving urgent security risks, necessary measures may be taken first, followed by an explanation through the user panel.
Users may stop using the service. After an account is terminated, consumed traffic, processed orders, and transaction records that must be retained by law will be handled according to applicable rules. Termination does not affect responsibilities and obligations that arose before termination.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund without providing a reason may be requested within 14 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through a user panel ticket with verifiable order information. Refunds will be processed based on the original order and actual payment records; requests submitted after the period above will be handled under applicable law and the rules shown with the order at that time.
H5VPN may revise these terms due to service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes to security rules. Revisions will be published on this page, and the last updated date at the top of the page will be changed. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations may also be announced on the website or in the user panel. Continued use of the service after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
