H5VPN Legal Document

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data H5VPN processes when providing cross-border access and network acceleration subscriptions, why it is processed, and how users can manage or delete related information. Using the service means that the user has read this policy. If descriptions differ between pages, the processing required by this policy and the actual features takes precedence.

Data Collection and Processing Purposes

H5VPN registration requires no email address; a username and password are enough to create an account. The account system processes the username, encrypted authentication credentials, subscription status, used traffic, and necessary account security records for login verification, traffic quota calculation, subscription delivery, and detection of unusual activity.

After a transaction is completed, the service retains order-related details such as the plan, amount, payment status, creation status, refund status, and transaction channel identifier. These records help confirm service activation, reconcile bills, process refund requests, and handle transaction disputes. Payment credentials and complete payment account details are not stored directly by H5VPN pages.

Website analytics may process visited pages, referring pages, browser type, operating system, basic network information, and interaction events to identify page issues, assess content usability, and maintain site security. Analytics data is handled in aggregated or de-identified form where possible and is not used to build profiles of the international websites users visit.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Records

H5VPN does not record which websites users visit, or retain webpage content, application communications, or specific browsing history. The service does not create persistent connection logs that could reconstruct an individual's network activity, nor does it link visited content with account or order records.

To enforce subscription rules, the system must process account-level used traffic and subscription validity, but this information does not include destinations or transmitted content. Short-term technical events generated during operation are used only for establishing connections, troubleshooting, and security protection. They are deleted or de-identified once their purpose is complete and are not retained as long-term browsing records.

When a user submits a support ticket, the system processes the diagnostic description and attachments provided by that user. Users should submit only information necessary to locate the issue. Once the ticket is resolved, related diagnostic materials are retained only as needed for support records, then deleted or de-identified.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, session identifiers, language preferences, security checks, and interface settings. This data maintains sign-in access, reduces repeated setup, and keeps account actions consistent; it does not record the content users access.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through browser settings. After clearing them, login status and some preferences will expire, so users may need to sign in again or select settings again. For account security, the corresponding session information is also cleared when users sign out.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

H5VPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment processing is handled by the relevant third-party payment providers, which may collect payment account, transaction verification, and risk-control information under their own privacy policies. H5VPN receives only the transaction result and channel identifier needed to complete an order, and does not directly obtain the complete payment details stored by those providers.

Relevant data is disclosed to service providers responsible for corresponding processing only when necessary to deliver subscriptions, complete payments, protect system security, fulfill applicable obligations, or respond to lawful requests. Disclosure is limited to the data required for the specific purpose. Account information and analytics data are not sold for unrelated uses.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active and subscription services require it. Order records are kept as needed for transaction reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Analytics data is aggregated, de-identified, or deleted after analysis and security maintenance are complete. When data no longer has a clear processing purpose, it is deleted from routine business systems or converted into a form that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account information through the support ticket entry. To prevent actions by others, users may be asked to confirm their identity within the signed-in account before a request is handled. If some order records must remain available for transaction reconciliation, refund processing, or applicable obligations, H5VPN restricts their use and processes them after the retention basis ends.

When this privacy policy changes, the updated text will be published on this page and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Important changes to processing purposes, scope, or user rights will be highlighted in an appropriate location on the site. Before continuing to use the service, users can review the updated content and decide whether to continue.
